Made an appointment at 6 am they showed up 15 minutes early, which was great kuz it was cold out. The driver was very professional and got me to the airport on time.

The guy supposably keeped getting lost and missing turns. It should of only been$25-30 but i ended up spending $45. The last time I took them the guy didn't even turn on the meter and for a $10 ride he charged me $20 I'm outraged at what horrible service I got

The daytime service in Belleville is very friendly and pleasant. Outstanding in customer service. The night time dispatcher is extremely rude. No clue what customer service is at all. If It were not for the daytime dispatcher and driver, I'd never use them again and I'd tell everyone I know not to either. He needs to never answer the phones or deal with the public ever again. They should fire him!����

Called the day before to book a ride to the airport. They didn't show up... They "FORGOT" about that booking. Do not use.

Terrible service they don't even answer the phone most of the time and when they do you'll have to wait hours on top of the additional hour they give you to wait

I wish that this rip-off of a service would be disbarred from the base. They provided by far the WORST service I have ever had and let's not mention the lack of customer service. If I rated with any star it would be overrated!!!! Poor service to the MAX!!!!

I wish there were a rating lower than one star. Worst cab company I have ever dealt with, and I have lived in downtown Chicago and in NYC. I cannot think of one nice thing to say about them.

Terrible. I have never done this before. This is my first time ordering a cab service and every question I asked the mans as very sarcastic and rude. He hung up on me. Worst service ever. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Great service. I was picked up in 15 minutes and the driver was very friendly and professional which made the trip go by quickly. He even turned around when there was a jam and took an alternate route without charging me for that distance. When I got to my hotel, the driver rounded down the total by $3 and insisted not to take a penny more. Very good taxi company...will use again.

I'm 15 and when I ordered the taxi on the phone the man was great speaking and everything and they gave me a free quote! You have to be 16 years or older but they let me slip pass

They were prompt and nice, helped with my bags, and even put my daughters car seat in for me.

I would hope some kind people would put this monopoly out of business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
