One of the reviews says they used MetroRide for shopping and sightseeing. I just got off the phone with them; was told they only got to the airport.

There aren't a lot of cab companies around Oakland County, and I needed a ride to the airport last week. I found MetroRide and I was impressed with my experience with them. The car arrived on time (actually a little early), the driver was friendly, helped with my luggage and overall it was a very pleasant "no stress" trip to the airport. Rates are very competitive as well. The driver told me they also do "local" runs in case someone needs a quick lift across town.



Nice to see a company like this doing business in the Detroit area!

Great service and professional drivers! I use them at least once a week to do my errands. The dispatch will inform me if there is any kind of wait or problem but the driver always shows unlike other services I have used! All the drivers I have had have been very pleasant and nice. I will continue to use this service and recommend them to anyone who is in need of a ride!!

Don't make a mistake of using them. Poor service. Over charged for waiting while all along the driver was away from the car. Dirty cars. Charged $20 more than the meter read. Would never ever use them again!!

I had such a WONDERFUL experience with Metroride!!! I was in town on a business trip staying at the Hampton inn in Novi Michigan. I wanted to go local within the area to go shopping and site seeing. I called Metroride to see what was in the area, prices, and how to go about getting a vehicle. The dispatcher was so pleasant to talk to and informational about the area and where I should go shopping. The price didn't bother me (15 min) to go local with in 5 miles. I was told to call one hour before I wanted to go anywhere. When I called back to schedule the ride I got a different lady and she was just as nice to talk too. My driver was just as experienced as the dispatcher. He opened the door for me, asked how my day was, and where was I going. He knew just how to get there and didn't have a problem finding anything. I am not sure of his name but he said that he is always in the Novi area so I cant recommend him. The next time I am in Michigan I will be calling them again and if my company approves it I will have them pick me up from the airport!!

When going to the airport it was the most enjoyable and professional ride I have ever experienced, I love it and I give it 5 stars.

i called metroride to go to the airport they were on time and the price was great!!!! The driver helped me with all my bags.I have used other cabs before and none of the helped me at all.
