Owner, Gary Merritt, gave me reasonable repair options for my old unit and spent considerable time with me exploring options for a new unit. He worked with me to find a unit that significantly increased my heating efficiency while still staying within my budget. The unit he recommended along with the high quality installation also allowed me to offset some of my cost through the federal tax credit, state rebate and TVA energy incentive program. Gary's strong work ethic, HVAC knowledge and dedication were clear throughout the installation and rebate/incentive follow-up. The Mr. Slim has performed flawlessly and extremely efficiently, and I am thoroughly pleased and satisfied with the quality of this Mitsubishi unit!!!
