I ordered this for my mom (who lives alone) and feel SOOO much better knowing that she can get help 24/7 if something were to ever happen. She has used it once already and my brothers + I can't thank Medical Guardian enough! I'd recommend their service to anyone!
I purchased the system when my mother-in-law needed assistance walking, and I’m glad I did. The service is great and the setup was very hassle free.
Last Christmas i ordered a medical alert pendant for mom and dad and it has been a life saver for the both of them. The system works wonders during emergencies just like they said it would. The staff at Medical Guardian are very helpful and comforting and their services and products are the best!!
When my Mom asked me to look for one of these, I was a little overwhelmed. I mean there were a dozen or more. I talked with a representative from Medical Guardian and noticed a big difference right away. The man I talked with didn't talk to me like a sales person, he really wanted to know what was happening with Mom. Anyway, after listening to how it worked, how long they have been in business, and the fact that I needed this ASAP, I got my Mom started right over the phone. I didn't have to set aside time, of which I have very little, and in less than 10 minutes the system was on the way. We got it, hooked it up with no tools in about 5 minutes and then we were able to run a live test. Thankfully Mom hasn't needed to use it... but you can't put a price on peace of mind, and a full nights sleep not worrying. I would recommend this to ANYONE. Since we got Mom protected about 5 months ago, my Aunt, and neighbor have started on the program. Trust me, it's worth it.
