We used McLaughlin Tile to remodel the main bathroom in our home. Jim McLaughlin was very informative, knowledgeable and helpful during the entire process. Jim gave us great advice and "walked us" through every stage of the renovations. We appreciated his honesty and advice regarding fixtures, styles, colors and products. Jim was very detailed, meticulous and neat. We are extremely pleased with the finished product and enjoy our new bathroom! We have received many compliments on our bathroom from family and friends. We have referred others to McLaughlin Tile and will continue to do so. We also will use McLaughlin Tile on future projects in our home. McLauglin Tile is a five star operation due to the owner's work ethic, dependability, honesty and pride of his work!

We needed to have an existing tile floor removed from our kitchen and replaced with a new tile floor. We are extremely happy with the job done by McLaughlin Tile. They got all the details important to us exactly right! The work began and was completed within the estimated time frame. And, we appreciated their efforts to keep the mess to a minimum and protect our cabinets and walls. We will call them again when we are ready to do the bathroom!

My wife and I selected McLaughlin Tile to remodel our 1st floor powder room and guest bathroom. We also had them put a new floor in our laundry room. We were very happy with the results. In fact the entire remodeling process was surprisingly smooth and painless - esp. given our family of 7.Jim McLaughlin (the owner) met with us to review the job. He was extremely knowlegeable and helped us select the tile for each room. He suggested some things for the design that we would not have thought of (even down to recommending a curved shower curtain rod for extra room in the shower - little detail, but big plus). The care that was taken for prep and cleanup on our job was noteworthy. The job started and finished on time - no surprises.Since the work has been completed we have received numerous compliments and a few people have asked us for a referral, which of course we were happy to give (hence this review). All in all a very trustworthy contractor - excellent work!
