I waited seven weeks for Lee, the owner, to call me with an estimate. I called and left a message for him. He did not return my call, so I called back two weeks later. He was in the office, and after being on hold for quite awhile, I was told that he was in the middle of something. I asked the girl if he was not interested in my job and she replied that he was not interested in going forward. Had I not asked I would have been left hanging again. My job was not a big one, but if he was not interested he should have contacted me. it is too bad, because If the smaller job had been completed satisfactorily, there was quite a bit more cabinet work that we had planned, granite too. after reading the other review, I am glad this turned out the way it did. very unorganized - sloppy work - never finished the job and fixed errors. cabinets have holes where they installed in the wrong area and had to uninstall and reinstall in the right area after they realized the configuration wasn't going together right, as they lost the original order and plans. if you want a very long, sloppy drawn out job, this is the company to have do your cabinets. if you want a professional job with good craftsmanship, then find another reputable company. i spent just shy of $40,000 with them and the work is extremely sloppy - cabinets were misaligned, measurements were way off - appliances (microwave) installed in wrong areas once the began installation - again due to lost plans. i had to stay on top of them, as well as my brother-in-law during installation. feel free to e-mail me at rtgoodx2@gmail.com for pictures of the work they did and still have not completed. had to make a lot of settling decisions after they botched so many cabinets. do not use mccullough cabinets and granite out of ocala, fl. randy & tracy good
