Got run around for over a week. Car was in accident has no rental coverage so no way to get to Dania Beach. Told me to get release notarized and fax to release car. When I was ready to fax they told me they don't have access to fax machine. Told me to fax to insurance and they will bring release when they come to look at car. Ins. state they don't do that, towing co. in my opinion are trying to keep car longer to accrue more money in their pocket.
