Data Recovery Santa Rosa - MacBook DATA Recovery: GREAT VALUE & Super FAST Service & Exceptionally Professional & Kind Customer Service!! I am at the MacAdvantage now - having just picked up my hard drive full of irreplaceable photos & videos, financial and other business records, original music and everything else! I don't even want to leave without having expressed my tremendous appreciation (and jubilation!) - by way of recommending Mac Advantage Data Recovery Service online. The experience has been outstanding from the initial frantic phone call I placed - in which a calm & empathetic real live person answered by the 2nd ring - to how efficiently she recorded the details & instantly relayed them to the technician I spoke with. When I arrived at the shop - check in was fast & professional - all the information I'd relayed to the tech & receptionist was already listed on the contact card that had been set up for me - so I didn't have to repeat everything. Superb Value, Value, Value - Technicians are fast, efficient & well, brilliant. FREE diagnosis is genuinely free with no obligation - and, in fact - if they think the cost to repair is more than the computer is worth - they say so! After having AT&T out three times to resolve my internet problems - with AT&T repairmen spend nearly six hours trying - Tam from Mac Advantage had it working smoothly within 25 minutes of his arrival! The value of an expert of Tam's caliber is just off the charts as far as I'm concerned.

Friendly, knowledgeable employees answer the phone within a couple of rings- live! No phone tree to struggle through. Genuinely honest & caring staff who really know Apple computers take care of your mac & you (they offered me & other customers ice cold water on a recent hot day). Calm environment - beautiful & fragrant specimen plants in the entryway are always changing and calming. A green company - they reuse, compost, recycle everything possible. Wonderful staff. Everyone I've dealt with is respectful, honest & helpful.

Try reaching someone at the Apple Store. . . . Second Impression: Calm, pleasant ambiance in the store. Living things like orchids & fragrant other plants caringly tended.Third Impression: Very friendly Service. Super knowledgeable techs use similes to make technical things clear & ultra easy to understand! Final Impression: I left the store a more confident mac user. Working with MacAdvantage brings out the best in the little tech-ie hidden inside you! I was in Northern California for Conference where I was a presenter. Hadn't backed up while traveling. Less than a full day before my presentation, my hard drive failed! What seemed like the worst possible thing led to an experience that not only saved me professionally, but restored my faith in the knowledge that honesty & kindness still exist in the tech business world. Tam is a mac magus! When possible, i'll be shipping my macbook pro from Southern Cal to Macadvantage for service. They're just that good.
