We have worked with these people for a number of years now. I must say we've had a very good experience. I highly recommend using them for all your embroidery needs. Or for something as simple as getting those patches sewn onto your child's letter-man jacket. She also has a great trick to keep those pins on the letter so your child won't lose them!
