I took 50 students to Biltmore Estates and on the way down the mt, our commercial bus got 1 tire stuck. Lyda's came and pulled the bus maybe 6-8 ft backwards and we were not stuck any more. BUT , Lyda's charged our driver $550.00 I feel that they took full advantage of the situation!!! $100.00 to $175.00 would have been acceptable... This felt like highway robbery!

Extremely rude employees--did more damage to our car than had occurred in the accident. They dropped our car off the roll back, then remarked to us that they didn't care! The most unbelievable customer service that I have ever seen. Don't call the company---ever. If they are the ones that police or state troopers call, refuse them when they appear.
