      They treated me like I was someone they have known for years.The women at Lowcountry Pregnancy & Abortion Information Medical Center are not judgmental and they really opened my eyes to reconsider my decision!

      Caring, respectful, honest...that's what I felt from the women I met at Lowcountry Pregnancy & Abortion Information Medical Clinic. I called asking about abortions and getting a sonogram and they were so sweet and genuinely caring. I also called Planned Parenthood but had an awful experience. They seemed to just care about the money. Lowcountry gave me information about abortion without pressure and I got to see my baby in detail! It was so amazing!!! Thank you!!!! You are all so wonderful.

      We at Lowcountry Pregnancy Center of Charleston SC are here to help you in any way we can. We have many services available to you if you are facing an unplanned pregnancy or have other issues related to sexuality and parenting. All of our services are free and confidential and available to anyone needing assistance. Considering Abortion? Your health and well-being is important to us. If you are unsure if you are pregnant, we can give you a free, self-administered pregnancy test in our clinic. Call us to schedule an appointment at either location or simply come on by, we always accept walk-ins. If you know you are pregnant and are considering your options, we can help as well. It is important that you explore all of your options so that you make a healthy choice for your well-being, your safety and for your future.
