      david J. Robichaux, Jr., President Founded Low Land Construction Co., Inc. in 1972 in Thibodaux, La. David, better know as "Mr. Bubby" joined the army in 1954 as a young man and had a vision to be a successful businessman. During the black gold (oil) rush in Louisiana in the 60's Mr. Bubby began his construction company as a dragline and dozer operator for many oilfield companies exploring for oil building locations all throughout Lafourche & Terrebonne Parish. In 1958 he married Ms. Leona Gaudet from North Thibodaux. Together they started a family consisting of seven children whom all but two currently work for Low Land Construction. In November of 2013, Low Land moved its entire operation to Houma, La. to better serve our clients in the public and private sector from land and water. david C. Robichaux, Vice President Better know as "Pompy" worked for Low Land Construction Co., Inc. in 1976 as a young man started as an excavator operator learning all spectrums of the construction industry. Pompy is the main driving force behind our success at Low Land. pompy@lowlandcci.com ​dionne m. Robichaux, secretary Dionne worked for Low Land Construction Co., Inc. in 1978 as a young woman started in payroll. Today she still does payroll and has been responsible for keeping books for several sister companies of Low Land.
