The service is disappointing. I was promised a diagnostic within 1 hr. It has now been 26 hrs and still no report of what is wrong with my vehicle or when they will "get around to it".

If you require dependable service, look elsewhere.

Waited all night no show no calls back no nothing but run around. Next day same thing. Place is a joke.

Today 6/2 my wife and son were on the way out to do some shopping when a tow truck came down the road and since its a very small road blocked their passage as there were cars on both sides of the street! My teenage son asked him if he could move and he said NO I'M ON A CALL?!! Then when my son assked again this overgrown CHILD took off his vest and asked my "Young Son" if he wanted to do anything about it? My wife yelled at my son to get back into the car cause she was afraid this Oversized guy was going to hit him? In the meantime there were MY Neighbors outside who witnessed this whole thing and they tell me this fat guy wanted to Attack my son. After all this he Drove the custs car into rhe street to load it onto his truck? Why Didn't he just park his truck on the side of the Road and do the SAME THING THUS Not Blocking any traffic? Why ANYONE would want to do ANY business with Lou's Total care and towing in the Future is Beyond me and I will make sure all my Neighbors, friends and Anyone knows of the Nasty People working for this company!!

About a month ago my car would not start and we called AAA and they sent Lous! This was the Worst experience I EVER had with a tow truck company. The Driver was a Large unkempt and Rude individual who I was surprised could even fit in the truck. After speaking to him and him telling me thathe had to Tow my car when all Iit needed was a jump I told him to leave and my neighbor gave me a jump and I went to work as my battery was new but we left interior light on

A couple of months ago bout 6mnths ago my car broke down called aaa and 10 to 15 min scott from lous total car care helped me out and gave me a tow he was one of the fastest tow truck drivers i ever meant
