They should not get a "star" at all! They destroyed my tree. They were supposed to cut off a couple (2) of the upper branches growing sideways, and before I could even get out to the yard to tell them to stop, they had turned my beautiful into something that resembled a "once was a tree" that had barely survived a hurricane! After they were finished, I spent two hours cleaning up the mess they left behind. Even my neighbor had to come out and help clean the trash out of the front yard where the grinder was. We both stared at the tree afterwards in total disbelief. Do not use them!

Totally unreliable. Made an appointment to trim a tree at my house and they never showed up. I called to see why and they said "ooops sorry, we forgot to call you, our other job didn't finish in time. Can we come tomorrow?" They didn't show up the next day either. What a bunch of jerks. Find another tree service company because this one stinks. I would give them zero stars if that was an option.
