The service was fantastic! I highly recommend this group. They were well-staffed, well-equipped and prompt. They were professional, friendly, and a good price.
If this is the Tree Service who's address is 440 Cumberland Ln, here is my comment for them.#1, they never kept their promise for any scheduled time, including meeting with customer for the discussion of the service.#2, THEY DID NOT SHOW UP on the scheduled service day, and without any phone call to explain why they could not show up.#3, They never contacted us when they could not show up. We had to call them after delayed for hours. They said "Yes, we are coming..", then we waited, and called them again. Finally, someone showed up but it was already 7 hours late.This Lopez Tree Service is one of the worst services I have ever dealt with.
Service was done on time & very affordable. Crew & owner were very pleasant & left my property like no tree was ever there. Will definitely recommend them!
