Terence has over 20 years of experience inspecting residential and commercial properties. He is a licensed Home Inspector, a NY State Certified Building Inspection Instructor as well as a licensed Termite Inspector. Terence has a varied background which includes Civil Engineering, Construction, and Real Estate Appraisal. He is a member of The American Society of Home Inspectors, The New York Association of Home Inspectors, and The Foundation of Real Estate Appraisers. He has literally performed thousands of inspections in the LI/Metro area, and would welcome the opportunity to assist you. In order to provide you with the most accurate information possible, we use the latest technology in detection equipment, such as carbon monoxide and combustible gas detectors, moisture meters and probes, infrared temperature scanners, electrical circuit analyzers, GFI and EMF testers, as well as a flashlight, common sense, and many years of experience.
