I have more than 20 years' experience handling appeals in the Oregon state and federal appellate courts and am well-recognized and respected by appellate judges for the quality of my work. I can also provide litigation support in the form of case analysis; pre-trial, trial, and post-trial motions; steps to preserve error for appeal; and evaluation of potential appeals for the likelihood of success and/or the risk of creating bad law.
