I purchased an Entertainment coupon for their services and even though I called to redeem before the expiration date, they would not honor the coupon because they were booked before the redemption date. They were also very rude. Most companies will still honor the coupon as long as you CALL before the expiration. I hope they realize that a bad reputation is hard to recover from.
