Will NEVER use this business again. Unbelievably rude, screams at customers. Refuses to take any payment except cold, hard cash - impossible to believe that any business would do that in 2014. Highly suspicious.

Towed my car illegally. Took a signature for an angry neighbor not my association for a car I had approved by association for no tag for up to 30 days to give me time to register the car. Then would not bring me my car back and it could not be driven without a tag. Also "Cookie" was very rude eveytime I called to get information when the where in the wrong and should have checked up on their information. Hung up on me many times very unprofessional and I still can not get my car registered because I can not get it back. Planning to sue...

Very responsive on short notice, handled loading and unloading very professionally.
