General Info

Peter handles claims against governmental entities, civil rights cases involving police misconduct, excessive force and represents plaintiffs in business dispute cases on a contingency fee bases. Peter recently completed a six-month trial in San Bernardino against the State of California in which the plaintiffs prevailed. If you retain Peter Goldstein as your lawyer you will deal with Peter personally, you will not be routed to paralegal or secretary to answer important questions. Peter takes on select cases and handles each case personally. This is not a mill practice with hundreds of cases and multiple staff members. The goal is to handle all the work competently, carefully and with compassion for the client.
