Pet stains to remove, he neglected to tell me that they probably wouldn't come out. He did tell me that odor removal wasn't guaranteed. I agreed to that stipulation. His Ad in the phone book states "satisfaction guaranteed". Obviously a typo. Why would I have him clean something he later stated he couldn't clean?A very expensive lesson for me.In fairness he did call back and state after thinking about it he could come out and touch up, since he forgot to tell me that the spots would probably come back, although he sounded put out, "I guess I could come out on...", and not very hopeful that there would be any difference when he left.Therefore I didn't invite him back.
