D. Kocaj gave estimate for 2 trees to be removed - I agreed to price and he said he would be back with contract in a couple of days and then I asked him to bring the certificate of Insurance. Well he never showed or called - I called twice and finally after 2-3 weeks his wife called and said he would be over a certain week , never showed again. Was it his price or that he has no Insurance ? I called back and got him - he could not give me a straight answer why he didn't call or stop by. Poor businessman and his practices will follow him. Is it his price or no Insurance , who knows because he couldn't give me a honest answer !
