Private and Small Group Instruction in my home or at a location of your choice. Private sessions are a great alternative to studio classes for people with specific needs or hectic schedules. Interested in group instruction? Grab a group of friends, pick your time & place, and get your yoga on. I offer vigorous Vinyasa classes, as well as slower moving restorative classes, and am specially certified to work with individuals living with a life-threatening disease. Contact me to discuss fees, as they are dependent upon the location and number of people.
