SMALL DOG BOARDING IN A REAL HOME SETTING

General Info

I offer dog care in my home right along side my little female terrier, Dusty. We both love the company of other little ones and she gets along well with everyone. She is a 14 years old so mostly she sleeps. I retired early, so we are never in a hurry, and my furry friends are one of my greatest joys. There is no shortage of hugs and kisses. We have a small frame house with a large, fenced back yard and all pets can go out any time he/she wants. With parents permission, most days we go to the do park and play with new friends and enjoy doing "dog things" and chase squirrels amongst the trees. Since I love watching the kiddos play, I also take lots of photos to send to you so you can see for yourself how your little one is enjoying his/her stay. I am home at all times unless I run to the grocery store, and I never leave any animal outside unsupervised. I previously worked for a dog care service so I have played with all sizes and breeds of dogs and truly love them all, however, my house is small, so I only watch the smaller breeds I have been trained in animal CPR by the American Red Cross and can administer oral medications or insulin shots. You can feel secure in the knowledge that your pet will be well and happy in your absence. I limit the number of dogs to just a few, so each little one gets plenty of attention. $25 per 24 hours for small dogs only. Cash only. Dogs must be housebroken and on flea protection, and males must be neutered. Daycare is $20.00 per day from 8:30 to 6:00. My office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thanks for reading my ad. Location

We are located in North Richland Hills, north of 820. Our street is off Smithfield Rd. between Mid-Cities Blvd. and Starnes. We are only 15 minutes from DFW airport.

Amenities

We have a well maintained Dodge Intrepid to transport to doggies to and from the parks. The smallest little ones will have access to a doggie car seat with harness attached. We have a 10-year smoke detector, a carbon monoxide detector and a 12-year fire extinguisher. These are all checked monthly. The backyard has a chain link fence which is dog proof and large trees for shade. The backyard is surveyed 3 times daily, or more if needed, for poopy packages. All little ones will be brushed regularly and faces washed daily.
