They are a great company but "customers" get mad And upset that there are consequences for being stupid and not following the simple rules. I live in a different apartment complex and understand the rules and regulations of my parking lot. Yet I did get towed from my friends apartment. It was because the person I was visiting did NOT inform me about the rules. Without the towing companies service residence would have a hard time parking. Also I have to say the people I dealt with were polite to me BECAUSE I was polite to them

The people who run this business are some of the rudest people I have ever met. They do not listen to a word you say and are very pompous. They don't do their job to help people, they only want to steal your money. I live in apartments where they come to every night, my friends have almost gotten their car towed before the time they are even supposed to be here (they tow at midnight and had her car on their truck at 11:55). One time my friend had a parking pass in her car, but accidentally put in in backwards and they towed it, would give it back to her same night and told her she had to wait next day. When you try to talk to them they don't care what you have to say at all. I wish I could leave 0 stars.
