This worst service i have ever had. First I wait an hour and a half for a tow truck. Than the driver says he'll live in my car at the gargarge it wasn't there. So I called about it they said they would send me a copy. The next morning I get a call from another towing company I never called. What an outfit. I'm still waiting for a receipt. Needless to say I will never use them again.Thanks alot Johns

This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. In thirty degrees below zero weather with a dead truck, I waited four hours for my tow. I had spoken once with my roadside assistance company and three times with this towing company. I was quoted 2.5 hours the first time and the last time I called I was told I had never spoke with anyone and was quoted an additional 2.5 hours. Tow truck driver was good, but I will never use this company again and will never recommend them to anyone else.

Great service! My auto insurance company contracts with them for the towing service they offer. We have had several vehicles that needed towing in the last 4 years and each time I was very pleased with their response time. The guys are friendly, helpful, and professional. Last night my son's vehicle broke down at the gas station and people that claim they know how to fix vehicles kept telling my son that it was his starter. John's son was the driver that responded and after towing it home for us, he needed to get the mileage so had to turn the key. He thought it was the battery not the starter gave us a suggestion of getting the battery checked out. Yep, it was the battery - what a relief.
