Arrived home late on a Friday afternoon to find my carpet soaked due to my hot water heater leaking. After calling a couple of plumbers who couldn't help me, one gave me the number for Joe Mac Plumbing and I'm so glad they did! They were at my home within an hour of my call and went to work draining and removing my old water heater. As they were leaving after the removal, I was expecting them to say that they would be back tomorrow or Monday with a new heater. To my surprise, they told me they were going to pick up the new water heater right then! They even made some repairs on my outdoor stairs to ease the process and didn't stop working until my new water heater was completely installed and in working order at 10:30 pm that night. I can't recommend these folks enough and will definitely be using them again. Thank you, Joe!!
My experience:
We had to convert our septic tank system to city sewers. Joe and the crew did a great job at an unbeatable price. We had several bids from other plumbers and his was the best price . It took a few extra days of work because of rain, but no big equipment was used to ruin the yard like other companies planned on doing. I told him as long as we were on septic until he was ready for the switch over, I didn't care how long it took to do the job. Other plumbers said it could be done faster for twice the money and all the messed up yard. He was the better choice. We even decided to add a new hot water heater and dishwasher and kitchen faucet because the price was so much better than we expected to pay. He did all that after the sewers were done and at a good price too.
