We had our transmission go out in our car along I10 in California and our car was towed by a AAA towing company to a AAA auto shop in Indio CA. We had to get our car back to Mesa, AZ to an Aamco store. We needed to take 2 towing trips to get home because most AAA towing companies are only licensed in their state. We had to get a tow to the AZ border at I8 and then switch and take a second tow to Mesa, AZ. I called Jimbo's towing around lunch time to see if we could have our car dropped off there (towing companies will only drop you at a safe location) and then attempt to find a towing company that would pick us up at Jimbo's and tow us to Mesa. They were more than willing to let this happen and then informed me that they can tow into CA. So, they were able to tow us 6 hours that same day! The driver was great! Very safe! He was friendly and mad us feel comfortable the whole trip in a small cab! Upon arriving in Mesa he did not leave until we were all squared away and safe. I would highly recommend this towing company to anyone needing a tow in this area!!

This company went the extra mile to help me at 2:30 in the morning on a holiday weekend after another company declined the call after I waited for 2 and a half hours for them to show up. Jimbo's driver was courteous, helpful,and did an exceptional job. He was there within 30 minutes of getting the call, and from farther away.
