Amazing!! Very professional and fixed the problem we had with our sink. Our sink would not drain at all. Went on the roof and tried to snake it that way and he new there was a bigger issue. Went into the crawlspace and found the problem. He is amazing at what he does. Call this guy!

Outstanding!!! Thorough, professional, and got the job done right. We called Mr. Bertolino to replace our hot water heater after it went out on a Sunday night. Not only did he take the time to conduct a complete inspection of our current system, but he put together several replacement options for us (complete with estimates). Our old system was not up to code and we chose to change over to a tankless system. This process required Mr. Bertolino to coordinate with the gas company, city inspector, and his crew, and all of this was achieved seamlessy. His expertise with tankless water heater systems was evident and I learned quite a bit from him, allowing me to make an informed decision. We love the work he did and will be recommending him to anyone looking for a plumber.

The original PVC drain lies under the kitchen sink had all been installed incorrectly and even had the wrong cement "holding" them together. It was Thanksgiving eve when the pipe joint failed and completely separated. A panic call was made to Bertolino plumbing. They were in the middle of a very big job but swore to me that if I could wait they would get to our repair that evening. The plumber called later in the evening to give a progress report and to reassure me he would still be here. It was almost 11 PM, but he showed up as promised and did an absolutly expert job. He removed ALL of the original incorrectly installed drain lines from the side-by-side sinks, installed a new garbage disposal on the correct side of the sinks, corrected for the main drain feed that pitched up (water doesn't run uphill). All of this was done with a house full of sleeping people that were not disturbed.Fantastic job! I would highly recommend these folks to fix your problem the right way.
