This is my new mechanic HANDS DOWN. I've never had an experience like my first one here. He had my car for a brake job, explained to me that I would likely not need the back done based on my mileage, but would check while he did my front rotors and pads just in case. When he got it all pulled apart, he called me saying that my brakes were only about half worn down.. You tell me where else you can go offering a thousand dollar all-around brake job, and end up with them telling you that you don't need it just yet. Nowhere.

After calling around and finding the lowest price on Serpentine belts, I mistakenly took my car to Firestone, where they told me that they could only install their belts that cost four (4) times as much. So I drove around and found these good folks who installed my cheaper belts and gave me a better price on labor. I should have just gone local in the first place, no reason for corporations to make the money when it's local folks who do the work. I highly recommend these good folks. Very personable and professional and great work for a good price.

Against my better judgement I pre-paid for a package of regular maintenance services from one of their door to door sales people. After 7 months I have been unable to make an appointment they're "always booked." I cannot comment on actual service as I haven't been able to get in. Should have gone with my policy of never pre-paying for anything, even if a does cost a few dollars more.

My dad moved out of state and what does he say "take it up to jim & alans!" . I always go to them for vehicle inspections and any of my car needs. They have fixed my back brakes and front brake lines among other things.. Nice guys who seem to have a fair price. I'll be seeing them this week for my new inspection.

I was referred here by an auto dealer. After diagnosing the problem immediately, they fixed it in a timely manner. I now have more than adequte heat in my car. Thank you, Jim and Alan's.

Worst service I have ever experienced! I was wrongly accused for writing on the back of a business card earlier in the year. I called to bring my car there, they said come on in and we'll do a diognostic. I come in and the "manager" says he will not work on my car because of something that was on the back of a business card. I did not ever write on the back of a business card. Terrible judgmental people work there and they charge too much for things they before said were going to be a reasonable price. Don't give your business to this place!

I was told one price and charged a much higher price. The estimate was about what I previously have paid elsewhere for the same repair.
