Very poor product knowledge on behalf of their sales team. Comparing 2 watches same manufacturer that look exactly the same except 1 is solar powered and the other is battery. A $200 plus dollar difference and the sales associate when we asked is there any other difference seemed put out and said if we wanted a cheap watch he had some down here. Personally when I make purchases I like to be informed. My wife and I would have made the purchase but choose to take our cash money to another business. Free market system is a wonderful thing. As a customer you have a choice how and where to spend your money. As a business in the free market system a way to set yourself apart from your competition is knowledgeable polite staff and management.
