The owner was rude, disrespectful and especially unprofessional.

He seems to take offense at the slightest thing that you say.

It’s almost as if he has a bipolar disorder. I went to another retailer in the area and ended up having an amazing customer experience.

Jewel appliance said they had to order my part...

The other appliance store had it in stock and they valued me AND my business.

Further they were probably three blocks from this location.
