Great guys ,great shop, very accomodating. I checked with AAA before using them and was totally satisfied . I will be back.

recently picked up a car and when talking to Eric the manager he seems very stressed. don't think i would want this type of person fixing or doing anything for me..

TO ALL PEOPLE WHO MIGHT BREAK DOWN WITH THEIR VEHICLE, PLEASE DO NOT USE JERRYS TOWING!HIS UNTRAINED TOW TRUCK DRIVERS ARE THE WORST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED.I DROVE A TOW TRUCK FOR MANY YEARS FOR (BOARDER LINE AND METRO AUTOBODY), AND I NEVER TOWED CARS AS RECKLESSLY AS JERRY'S.SO BEWARE... JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE AUTHORIZED BY AAA... DOES NOT MAKE THEM AS GOOD AS THEY SHOULD BE.THERE AS SO MANY BETTER COMPANIES LIKE MGM TOWING, WHO I FOUND TO BE THE MOST CAREFUL WITH MY VEHICLE AND HAVE THE MOST CONSIDERATE AND FRIENDLY STAFF.

On 5/23/06, I called AAA to have my car towed to a local repair shop. They sent over an employee from Jerry's Towing and Auto Repair. He pressured me to have my car repaired at Jerry's rather than the shop and I repeatedly refused. He then became verbally abusive, calling me obscene names. When I asked him why he would treat me this way when I had simply asked him to tow my car to the shop I wanted, which is what AAA had told him to do, he began to ignore me.Worried for my safety, I told him that I would not get in the car with him, at which point he threatened to leave my car in the middle of the road if I did not get in his truck. I immediately called the manager, who told me that the man will return my car to where he had begun to tow it from and leave. Rather than put my vehicle in the parking lot that he had taken it from, he parked it directly in front of a stop sign, which is illegal. When AAA questioned them about the incident, they denied that they had done anything wrong.
