I have had Jim clean my white berber several times over the years & have always been pleased with his service - very professional, reliable, honest & friendly. More than once ( after young kids & puppies doing what they do :) , I thought the time had come for new carpet. Each time, I have tried letting Jim clean them first & have been pleasantly surprised to find that they look new again! I get coupons for cheaper carpet cleaning all the time, but I know there are hidden costs there & it isn't worth the hassle when I know I can count on Jim to be fair & to do a great job- that's priceless! I've been using JCM Carpet Care for many years (more than 10?). I have rental homes, where the carpets take a beating, as well as (many) pets in my own home. Jim (the owner) has worked some miracles on the rental property carpets, saving me from having to replace them. And I'm always more than pleased with my home carpets once JCM Carpet Care has been there removing the evidence of being a multiple pet owner. They work with me on scheduling, sometimes on short notice, and are there when they say they will be. WONDERFUL company!

I have been using JCM Carpet Care for several years. They are always prompt, quick, thorough and they have removed any and all spots I have ever sent their way. I once lost their number and decided to call someone else. The other company was sooo terrible, I then had JCM come out to "finish" the job that the other company started. Jim is great to work with. He is very friendly, he got us on the calendar quickly and his pricing is just right! He has done a great job cleaning our carpets. They look great! We definitely continue to use his services.

We adopted a cat and older dog a few years back that necessitated our call to JCM. Jim, the owner, was professional and thorough from the first phone call. He brought in his own equipment and restored our carpets to nearly new. He didn't saturate our carpets like I do when I try to do-this-myself. The cleaning chemicals he used were wonderful. The carpets were dry before the kids got home from school. I thought it would be overwelming trying to get all clutter and kids furniture off the carpet but it all worked out quite easily with the help of risers that Jim put under the furniture. Thanks Jim! We are loyal customers and will continue to be. BTW: It's funny to run into Jim on the opposing side of tennis courts. He is an active part of the community and keeps a great professional reputation.
