Like this plumbing service great guys! Came when they said, worked quickly and acuratley very proffesional!

Terrible Experience. These guys have been out to my hours 2x in the last 6 weeks to unplug a line to the septic tank. So far it has cost me over a $1000 dollars and they still have not resolved the issue. Last time they did not have the right tools to fix it and charged me a second time to have the guy come out with the right tools to clear the line. They have not showed up when they said they would. They were supposed to estimate fixing the issue and instead they recommended i fix it myself to save some money.



They dug up the access to my septic tank to clear the blockage and left the septic tank open. I guess they expect me to bolt the access down and cover it back up myself. These guys are unbelievable.



If you have other options i recommend you don't use these guys.

Complete Suckage. Called them, was told they would have a guy out next morning. I work nights so we agreed on 8 am. Guy showed up at 9:15 and said we needed a new hot water tank. We agree on price and he said he would be back at 3:30 to install. I told him I had to be at work at 5 pm but I would make arrangements to go in late. He called me back at 5:20 and said he got tied up and couldn't come back til morning at 8. Upset, but I agreed. I work 5 pm to 5 am. (I have to sleep sometime) Got home, slept a couple hours, go up to meet the plumber, and at 10 am he still hadn't showed, so I called. Explained the situation to the guy who answered the phone, and all he said was, "want me to have him call you?" Told them we would find someone else. Horrible customer service. Beware of this joke of a company.

Professional service fixed my problem and made recommendation on other things he saw that could make life better with water pressure. Very friendly and prompt

Just called today 10/4/15. Moved into our new house and water line in shower broke. They never called back. 2 hrs later we called them. The guy on call is not available,they can't get ahold of him. Won't contact this company again for help. NOT recommending.

THEY WERE HERE IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME AND WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE. THEY CALLED BEFORE AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CLEAN.. FIXED THE ISSUE AND WERE VERY CONSIDERATE.

Both times I have had JC Plumbing in to do repairs I have been very happy with their professional, efficient, and thorough work. Good value for the money.

Great service. We discovered a plumbing problem in the morning and they were out by noon. The problem was quickly resolved. The service repairman (Dustin) was very professional and friendly. They called an hour before arriving and were there at the agreed time. Because I found them on the web (http://jcpnwa.com) we were given a discount for our first service call. The plumber that came to work for us was Mike. It was easy to tell he knew what he was doing. We will certainly use JC Plumbing again if needed. Mike was a pleasant young man and made us feel very comfortable he knew his job.
