Salesman assist you when you enter. Then leave you alone. They check in on you after you have had a chance to look at what you want. They don't hover you the whole time. When you need them, they place themselves in viewing distance and you can wave for help. Good pricing and ambiance. I visited both stores. I just liked how the sales people operated by not pushing the sale and telling me where they are competitive and where they are not. For example, I was looking at bunk beds. I purchased a living room set and kitchen set both within the last three years and both of them are falling apart when I reported it to the store they said the set was discontinued and there was nothing they could do. When I ask if I purchased new furniture their if they would give me a discount because of the problem I was told no. People that have looked at the furniture said if must have been defective from the start to end up coming apart they way it is.
