      Promises not kept

      Be sure to read your policy carefully. It states that the premises must be quiet from 10pm to 8am. If you like quiet, do not rent from here. When security is called they need to take care of the situation, not walk right by the loud partying apartment and do nothing! They also have a sign in their Front Office that states if you recommend someone to their establishment and they move in, that you will receive $500 dollars off your next months rent. They make up every excuse NOT to give you the discount. Island Club needs to honor their promise!
