I was referred by a Church friend when my AC broke down in early summer in FL. I left a message to business phone and Richard got back to me promptly.When Richard showed up, he immediately diagnosed the issue and replace the parts. He also pointed potential wear-out on the unit and gave a straight suggestion without trying to sell more service and parts than necessary.The price is very reasonable and I would say it's low comparing to the service quality I was getting. Will definitely use Integrity Air again. Highly recommended, A++++++++
