After running a large real estate office for 20 years and also coaching my agents and personal clients about health and nutrition I found one constant theme. If you don't have your health, you won't have a successfull business or a satisfying life. â?? This is reason I left my job managing in California and became an Intergrative Nutrition and Wellness Coach. My intense training in nutrition and wellness taught me one very critical lesson, no two people have the same reactions to the same foods they eat or the way they exercise.
