      Charles placed a well for us 7 years ago. It has worked flawlessly. Working with Charles during the digging and setting up the well was great. He was prompt, knowledgeable, experienced, and knew exactly what we needed for our large yard. Fast forward 7 years with flawless functioning of the well until yesterday when the power company shut off power to our neighborhood for a scheduled maintenance. When they turned the power back on, the well did not come on. After checking the circuits I called Independent Well after hours. Charles called me right back even though it was at night. He was out first thing the next morning and had the well working in a few minutes (and taught me how to use the reset button correctly). He's a good guy and this is a great company.
