Software & applications may take time to install (monitoring the install until it is completed can take up to an hour in some cases) this time will be calculated and considered at $15.00 / hour. ? Hardware replacements and costs are paid for & purchased separately (we will help you find the cheapest prices possible) ? Data Loss & Recovery: We will attempt to help you recover any lost data or software configuration; however we are not responsible for any data losses or software malfunction.
