First of all, the bill for this was almost $10,000 to clean clothes, bedding, linens, curtains, pillows, etc. for my family of five - 2 adults, 3 kids. Make a deal with your insurance company to just get paid for the items instead of having them cleaned. The clothes came back in a huge disorganized mess, with things going into anyone's closet. All the white towels were gray. Pillows that are fiber fill cannot be cleaned so don't even send them. They are put into the ozone room and that's it. We got clothes that did not even belong to us. Go somewhere else for your clothes cleaning after your disaster.
