The team went above and beyond in the HEAT, til late at night to make sure we had AC that day! Exceptional!!

I just had Houk do my semi-annual AC/Furnace check. They sent out two technicians and they were both friendly and efficient! Mario Garcia was the lead technician and he is a class act! Great experience with him and with this visit!

Spring tune-up on AC unit. They were perfection. Abraham is knowledgeable, polite , very concerned about doing a great job. My system required some feron which he installed. The invoice was very reasonable. I was supplied all the stats from the testing of the unit and it’s components.

Houk showed up on time & gave excellent service. The technician, Abraham, was very personable and cared about our situation. I have an 80 year old Mother and we needed to make sure she didn’t overheat. We needed an A/C touchscreen replaced & it was replaced the next day! Abraham was very thorough and made sure that everything was in working order before he left. Thank you for great customer service.
