Worst hotel we have ever stayed in! Disgusting and dirty! We chose this hotel after reviewing the website and thought everything would be great. I think there was a huge party in the room before we got there. There was "stuff" all over the walls, the couch was so dirty we had to cover it with a sheet, base boards were falling off the wall, cigarette burns in the linens, kitchen was filthy, sliding glass door to balcony did not lock, front door lock would stick and 4 out of the 5 days we had NO housekeeping service! We had to call and get towels and change trash cans ourselves, We paid a lot of money for our suite and with the quality we received we should have stayed at Motel 6. The pool is very narrow. Plan on taking the stairs or you'll be waiting at the elevators for at least 5 minutes. When we checked out I asked other guests (while waiting for the elevator) what their room was like and if it was just us. They all said extremely dirty and would never stay here again!
