      I was told that I could not ge...

      I was told that I could not get a mortgage from pretty much every bank unless I had a 640 credit score. After being refered by a local realtor I was told these people went down to a 580. I had some previous lates from a divorce and was cautios when applying. Sure enough with only 3.5% down I was able to get a FHA loan because they said I had no lates in the last 6 months and had decent credit. They closed my loan from start to finish in about three weeks. I would recommed them to anyone!
