On a holiday weekend, we called High Point b/c our ac/furn. was not working. "Shawn" promptly called back & walked my husband through the steps to check the problem. This would have been a quick & easy way to charge us a $100 to come out for 10 minutes. Sure enough, he'd given my husband the answer to get our system quickly going again. We will absolutely call High Point if we have ANY need for this type of service in the future.
