My experience was far from good. We are snowbirding in the Mims / Titusville area when I became aware of some brake issues on our Jeep. Looking at reviews I chose this place. Made an appointment for 8AM and dropped off the Jeep at that time. My wife and I carried our bikes with us on the Jeep to go sight seeing in Titusville while the Jeep was being repaired. Turns out the Jeep needed rear brakes and rotors and the work was done competently. However up North such a job, "receiving the auto, getting parts, replacing the brakes, etc" is typically 1.5 to 2 hours work. As we peddled around Titusville waiting for a call, by 2PM (6 hours now) we decided to stop by and see how things were going. Our Jeep was sitting in the lot finished but we had never received a call. Upon attempting to pay with a Credit Card, the elderly lady in the office confessed she did not know how to run the machine and could we wait 15 min for someone to return who had the know how to run the machine....we waited. Upon arrival of a man he attempted to run our card and it would not work for him as he commented his machine was malfunctioning....he just walked away out of the office leaving us bewildered. I then retrieved a checkbook from our Jeep and paid the elderly lady with a check.... which comes out of our checking and although I "COULD" do that I would have preferred to "NOT" do that as payday was only a few days away. Although the work was done properly and the price was within expectations, I would not return to a place with such a lack of professionalism, agnostic attitudes and lackadaisical business practices.
