local orono gentleman...has all the tools, techniques, is very competent, reads the manuals for you, makes calls to the company for you, responsive, keeps his schedule, leaves the work area cleaner than before, fixed a brick chimney for us and installed a gas stove [including venting through a wall]...heck he even brings you a cookie...don't know what some others here are all about.

Very responsive, prompt and professional...Don, takes initiative to research a situation, work to code and do the necessary background work to make it happen. Best of all, he does it with a smile and gives you the time. He has all the pro gear to fix chimneys, and install gas stoves, not jut clean them. I am glad we have his services here in Orono, ME else we'd be sliding down a chimney to clean it with bounty and windex...

Took out a stove pipe from our chimney, did not see the damaged chimney wall, we had to hire another company to complete the job.

Installed our stove in liner in not up to code, we do not recommend this company, bad customer service skills.

Installed my woodstove in wrong, not up to code, we do not recommend this company.
