Extremely unprofessional. When my 3 year old daughter answered the phone thinking her grandpa was calling this man called her an idiot because she didn't answer his questions. If he isn't competent enough to simply hang up the phone when it is clearly a small child how could he possibly handle your insurance needs. This man shouldn't be dealing with the public. When I called him back to find out what the call was in regards to and why he insulted my daughter he called me an idiot and hung up. I called back and then he literally screamed to never call him again. Again, completely unprofessional . Don't trust this man with anything and please spread the word so no one else does either.
