They're retired federal agents with very reasonable rates well below average PI fees, but they have incredible contacts and resources here in America and around the world. We've used them several times, and there is nothing they can't handle -- background checks, de-bug sweeps, firearms training, missing people, security seminars, forensics, etc. So if you want the finest, call them.
